2. Culture Wars, Polygamy under UE Law and Shariaa Law

Yesterday and today, NOVA School of Law welcomed Pasquale Annicchino, who delivered two enriching lectures on the topics of CultureWars, Polygamy under EU law, and Shariaa Law.
Through the analysis of various legal doctrines and the analysis of case law, we were able to make valuable connections between law, culture, religion, and the state.
